As an Area Operational Manager, you’ll work closely with our franchisees, regional managers, and corporate teams to implement best practices, train staff, and monitor performance using tools like SAP and Google Analytics.

Every day, you’ll be on the frontlines, visiting outlets, conducting audits, and leading team meetings. Your ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution will be crucial as you help us maintain our reputation for innovation and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations across 5-7 outlets in Tangerang, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and SOPs.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews using SAP and other operational tools.
• Train and mentor outlet managers, ensuring they align with LOL’s quality and service standards.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement new initiatives and improvements.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including HACCP and food safety standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and maintain quality.
• Lead crisis management and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in multi-outlet environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP and other operational management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian F&B industry trends and regulations.
• Certification in HACCP or food safety management is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
