📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain the vessel's performance and condition.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.
  • Plan and execute voyages, considering factors such as weather, fuel efficiency, and cargo requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Provide training and support to the crew.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with cargo handling and operations.
