📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics services.
Resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth logistics operations.
Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track service requests.
Utilize Jira to monitor and update the status of logistics tasks.
Provide regular reports on customer service metrics and logistics performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics customer service.
Train and mentor new customer service representatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics industry.
Proficient in using Salesforce and Jira for customer service and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
