📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address quality issues.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.,Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect employees and equipment.,Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance productivity and quality.,Support the Production Supervisor in strategic planning and decision-making.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
