📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll.,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to HR metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
