📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Manage event logistics, such as seating arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.,Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and guests.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon plans and timelines.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of event materials, such as menus and invitations.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and engage with potential attendees.,Maintain accurate records of event details and customer information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
