📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design relevant and engaging learning experiences.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Partner with HR to ensure learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall HR strategy.,Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to foster their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on insights.
