NEXA Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Evaluate and select new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and product quality.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
