📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of employees to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote and maintain a positive work environment.,Participate in inventory counts and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software.,Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
