📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Manage a team of professionals and provide guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensure the company's image is maintained and enhanced.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel for business purposes.
