📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions.,Oversee the collection and deposit of cash and checks from patients and other sources.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.,Train and develop cashiering staff to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Handle any cash-related emergencies or discrepancies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashiering or financial management role in a healthcare or similar environment.,Proven track record of managing cashiering operations and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.,Strong knowledge of financial systems and software, such as accounting software or point-of-sale systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
