📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host two daily live dance shows on TikTok, each lasting 30 minutes.
• Perform a variety of dance styles to captivate and engage the audience.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and encouraging participation.
• Use TikTok’s features, such as duets and stitches, to keep the audience engaged and grow the show’s reach.
• Collaborate with the digital entertainment team to plan and execute engaging content.
• Monitor audience growth and engagement metrics, providing regular reports to the team.
• Promote the show on social media platforms to attract new viewers.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new features.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a dance instructor, performer, or social media content creator.
• At least 2 years of experience in hosting live shows or managing social media accounts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a live audience.
• Familiarity with TikTok’s features and best practices for live streaming.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily show schedules.
• Passionate about dance and digital entertainment, with a strong personal brand.
• Willingness to travel within Jakarta for events and promotions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
