📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of our restaurants, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and customer service.
• Learn and implement Jollibee’s standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your management skills.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports and operational metrics.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Support the implementation of health and safety protocols in the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality, food service, or restaurant management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
