In this role, you will be responsible for handling visa client relations, ensuring smooth communication between our clients and the immigration authorities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist clients with visa application processes, providing clear and accurate information in Mandarin.,Coordinate with immigration authorities to ensure timely and efficient processing of visa applications.,Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and immigration policies.,Assist in preparing and organizing client meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared in advance.,Collaborate with the team to ensure all visa applications are processed according to company standards and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the immigration or visa processing industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
