Pratama Property Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of property management activities.
  • Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property transactions and operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of operations and any issues that need to be addressed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to property management.
  • Ability to travel to different locations as required.
