In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies that maximize campaign performance and ROI. Using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other industry-standard platforms, you’ll oversee the entire paid media process, from campaign setup and optimization to performance analysis and reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance overall digital marketing efforts.
• Work with the offshore team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across different time zones.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign ideas and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in a digital marketing role.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both local and offshore teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges in campaign execution.
• Familiarity with SEO and social media marketing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
