📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Good understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
