As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.,Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the energy sector and related industries.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
