📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.,Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.,Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Coordinate project planning and execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and contributing to sales strategy development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of project planning and coordination principles and methodologies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and project management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
