📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market analysis and identify new sales opportunities.,Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to sales team members to enhance their performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback to the management team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with the technology industry and market trends is a plus.
