📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the security of the manufacturing plant, including access control, surveillance, and emergency preparedness.,Manage and maintain all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.,Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain and repair facility equipment.,Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and supervise security personnel and facility staff.,Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address potential hazards.,Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and security activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Facility Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and facility management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing security and facility operations.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing plants.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
