In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and preparing payroll reports.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
