Honeywell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our Construction & Proposal Engineering team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.,Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure cost estimates are comprehensive and accurate.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather information and clarify project requirements.,Monitor project progress and provide regular cost updates to ensure projects stay within budget.,Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.,Prepare and present cost proposals to clients and stakeholders, highlighting cost-saving opportunities and risk factors.,Maintain detailed records of cost estimates, project changes, and cost reports for auditing and reporting purposes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving technologies to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong background in cost analysis and project management.,Proficiency in using construction estimating software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Knowledge of local construction market, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
