📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with medical industry HR practices is a plus.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
