Orientage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft 365 infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and other IT teams.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT technology and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data integrity.
  • Train and mentor junior IT staff to build a strong and capable team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
  • Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or MCSD in relevant Microsoft technologies are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
