Nusantara Transport is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our training initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and support the overall growth and development of our workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their professional development.,Work with the HR team to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.
