This is a full-time position located in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and manage the production schedule to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee the production team, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in quality control and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
