Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, guides, and tutorials for our customers,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues,Participate in product development discussions to provide technical writing insights

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing and communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
