📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and participation.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
