📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage airport operations using Airport Operations Management System (AOMS) and Flight Information Display System (FIDS).
• Coordinate with pilots, ground staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and safe flight operations.
• Manage airport resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to enhance airport efficiency and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their satisfaction and safety.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support airport growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Airport Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in airport operations, aviation, or a related field.
• Certification in Airport Operations or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using Airport Operations Management System (AOMS) and Flight Information Display System (FIDS).
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
