📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with daily financial transactions and reconciliations using QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Support revenue management activities, including analyzing sales data and forecasting trends
- Handle front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for the department
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documents
- Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software like QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous internship or work experience in finance or hospitality is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
