📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create engaging and high-quality short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with the brand's goals and resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that drive engagement and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital content creation and apply them to the brand's content.
• Analyze content performance and provide insights to improve future content strategies.
• Manage and grow the brand's social media presence, including engagement with followers and responding to comments and messages.
• Work with the product development team to create content that showcases new products and innovations.
• Ensure all content is in line with the brand's values, guidelines, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of skincare products and trends, with a passion for the category.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a creative approach to content creation.
• Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and improve content performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
