In this role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide top-notch customer service. You will also coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. With a focus on sustainability, you will contribute to our eco-friendly initiatives and help maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using PMS (Property Management System).
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Contribute to eco-friendly initiatives and maintain the hotel's sustainability practices.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk or receptionist roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including PMS and reservation software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly practices and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
