📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to identify opportunities for green innovation in client businesses.
• Develop and implement green innovation roadmaps, outlining strategies for sustainable growth and reduced environmental impact.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients, helping them integrate green technologies and circular economy principles into their operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver sustainable solutions, including renewable energy projects, waste management systems, and eco-friendly product innovations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of green innovation initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in green technology and circular economy, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating complex technical and environmental concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of EcoStride Solutions' green innovation framework and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in green innovation, sustainability consulting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of green technologies, circular economy principles, and sustainable business practices.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing green innovation projects in various industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or specialized environmental and sustainability software.
• Certifications in green innovation, sustainability consulting, or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
