As a Live Streaming Host, you’ll be the face of our brand, engaging audiences in real-time while showcasing our latest collections and behind-the-scenes stories. Based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya, you’ll use platforms like Zoom, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live to connect with our community, answer questions, and drive engagement. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that blends creativity with commerce, offering a competitive salary of Rp 6,750,000 to Rp 8,250,000 per month.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to deliver engaging content, from product launches to interactive Q&As. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms like Zoom, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live to engage with our audience and showcase our products.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing insights about our fragrance collections.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute live streaming content strategies.
• Promote our brand and products through engaging and informative content during live sessions.
• Use social media platforms to share highlights and updates from live streams to increase our online presence.
• Work with the sales team to drive conversions and sales during live events.
• Ensure all live streaming sessions are conducted professionally and in line with our brand guidelines.
• Provide regular reports on the performance and engagement metrics of live streams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a live streaming host or similar role in the fashion or beauty industry.
• Proven experience in engaging audiences and driving conversions through live streaming.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and confidently in front of a camera.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms such as Zoom, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and community engagement strategies.
• Passion for fragrance and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
