📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess shelf presentation, stock levels, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with retail standards and company policies.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Train and mentor retail staff on merchandising best practices.
• Leverage POS data to optimize product placement and inventory management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in merchandising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing merchandising strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and POS data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as Retail Pro, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Certification in merchandising or retail management is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
