As the General Manager of Corporate Finance, you will oversee the entire financial ecosystem, from financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to treasury management and risk management. You will work closely with our finance team, using tools like SAP and Oracle, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment strategies.
• Lead risk management initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Proven track record of successfully implementing financial strategies and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial markets and regulations.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
