As a Graphic & Multimedia Designer at ShineWing, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that captivate audiences. You'll collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and clients to deliver high-quality, on-brand content. Whether it's designing logos, branding materials, social media graphics, or multimedia presentations, you'll have the freedom to showcase your creativity and make a real difference.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually stunning and engaging graphic designs for various projects, including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and multimedia presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and design needs, ensuring the final product aligns with their vision and goals.
• Develop compelling visual content for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
• Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to bring designs to life.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage and organize design assets, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing clear explanations and justifications for design decisions.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the ShineWing team by fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic & Multimedia Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, visually appealing designs.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with multimedia design and development, including video editing, animation, and interactive media.
