As a Modern Trade Channel Development Staff at Private Advertiser, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new retail opportunities, managing relationships with key retail partners, and ensuring our brand's visibility and appeal in high-traffic retail environments. You'll use tools like Salesforce and SAP to streamline your processes and track your performance, while leveraging your deep understanding of the retail landscape to drive sales and build brand loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new retail opportunities in premier shopping centers, malls, and department stores across Indonesia
• Manage relationships with key retail partners, including department store managers, mall managers, and retail buyers
• Ensure brand visibility and appeal in high-traffic retail environments through effective merchandising and display strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the retail industry
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive offline retail growth
• Use Salesforce and SAP to streamline processes, track performance, and manage customer data
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with potential retail partners and stay up-to-date with the latest trends
• Report on sales performance and retail development activities to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and managing retail partnerships and driving sales growth
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP
• Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia
