📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and other ETL tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective ETL solutions.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Document ETL processes, including workflows, mappings, and business rules.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data integration and ETL.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ETL development, with a strong background in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl), and other relevant tools.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certifications in Informatica PowerCenter (e.g., Informatica Certified Professional - Data Integration) are a plus.
• Experience working in a banking or financial services environment is a significant advantage.
