📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning using our standard cleaning procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies, including but not limited to, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and chemical cleaners.
• Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished according to schedule.
• Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper waste disposal and pest control.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs with a smile.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
