📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics services.
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth logistics operations.
- Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track service requests.
- Utilize Jira to monitor and update the status of logistics tasks.
- Provide regular reports on customer service metrics and logistics performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics customer service.
- Train and mentor new customer service representatives as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and Jira for customer service and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
